Our Mini highland Calves are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a calf from us. 

However, some things are not always in our control because a calf’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care

 In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the calf  is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affect the health of the calf, we’ll replace it with another calf of equivalent value at no cost to you.

The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.

Nothing makes us happier than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your calf remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures which will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your calf.

The examination must be carried out by a licensed VET. Your calf or calves comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the calf or Calves again.

Exceptions to this Guarantee

Failure to provide your calf or calves with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. 

We require all our calves to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our Calves.

This report certifies the health condition of every calf against Cardiovascular, Skin, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital, and Gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the Calf to you so that you are assured that the Calf’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the calf then he/she will not be shipped to you.

We also require you to get your calf examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the calf. Thanks for your cooperation.
